After the installation has completed

Request your college IT Support/Systems Administrator to add you to your work location's domain/control pool for management. End-Nodes outside the permitted domains will not benefit from using the Bitdefender licenced package. (Please note that it's important to ensure that your anti-virus is more effective and does not stop you from accessing resources on your local unit network)
